High-quality buttery caramel from Peters! Perfect for caramel apples and other baking and candy-making applications.

Handling instructions: Melt to approximately 125 F - 150 F for easy pouring.

To thicken caramel add one half to 1 oz. confectioners sugar to 1 LB of caramel.

Store in a cool, dry location. DO NOT REFRIGERATE
