GENERAL SHIPPING:
Our shipping charges are based on standard FEDEX/USPS/UPS including package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "shopping cart." Then enter your zip code at the bottom of the page. This will display all available shipping costs. Candy.com offers basic Ground, 3 Business Days, 2 Business Days, and Next Day shipping options to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped in the domestic United States.
 
Orders may be shipped from multiple locations.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING &  PO/APO/FPO BOX SHIPPING:

Candy.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company to fulfill orders for our International customers and APO/FPO shipment. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "OUTSIDE THE US" option. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. 

  • How do I place my order?

Simply place items in your cart and click the OUTSIDE THE US button. Please note some items may not be eligible for international shipment. Ineligible items will have a note stating that they are not eligible. International packages are handled by Bongo International. For additional questions, please contact Bongo customer service representative at (877)577-3622.


DELIVERY TIME AND RUSH ORDERS:

For customers that just cant wait for our candy - well, we don't blame you! Candy.com has one of the fastest turnaround times found on the internet for candy. 


         Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours within placing an order. (excluding weekends or holidays)

 
Since FEDEX does not conduct standard business on either Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping) the actual delivery date may differ from the Estimated Scheduled Delivery Date as found on the Tracking confirmation email. For example: A packaged shipped via "Next Day" leaving our warehouse on a Friday for San Diego, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. Please refer to FEDEX.com for more information.
 
If you need an order by a specific time, please contact a customer representative before you place an order to verify that the item is available and is able to be shipped within a certain period. Candy.com cannot be held responsible for any packages which are delayed due to unforeseen FEDEX delays such as "adverse weather conditions", "Beyond FEDEX control", or "Missed at facility" - please plan accordingly. Candy.com offers tracking numbers for packages for reference use only; this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and Candy.com does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING (SHIPPING TO WARM LOCATIONS):

No one likes melted chocolate - unless you like chocolate fondue! Chocolate, gummies, and other confectionery products don't like to sit in heat for long periods of time. During the hot-weather summer period, Candy.com reserves the right to hold all shipments from being processed from our warehouse on Thursday and Fridays to ensure packages do not sit in a non-temperature controlled shipping warehouse. If your package is held for this reason, we will have it shipped from the warehouse on the following business day.

 

GROUND SHIPPING:

FEDEX handles all ground shipping for Candy.com. When the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your package. On delivery you will also see an email notification. Orders for bulk candy items are usually shipped within 24 48 hours, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Barring unforeseen exceptions, most orders ship out Monday through Friday. 

  
 

EXPRESS SHIPPING METHODS (One Business Day, Two Business Days, and Three Business Days): 

Express orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, in some circumstances it may not ship for up to 48 hours. Barring unforeseen exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday. Please contact a Candy.com customer representative if you need the order delivered by a certain day at 781-335-2200

  

REFUSED DELIVERY PACKAGE: 

Any packages refused by the customer is deemed to be ABANDONED. All refused packages will be returned to sender at the shipper's expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused delivery by FEDEX or any other shipping carriers.
 
 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGE: 

We strongly suggest that you check both your billing address and shipping address to ensure accuracy. From time to time, customers may incorrectly fill these fields and submit orders. Candy.com will only ship the products to the address that is supplied. In the case that an incorrect address is supplied, FEDEX will try their best to contact the customer to confirm a correct address. If all attempts fail, FEDEX will send this product back to Candy.com.

 

If an order is unable to be delivered by FEDEX due to an incorrect address as provided by the purchaser, and the package is returned to Candy.com, there are two options available to the customer:

 

1)     THE CUSTOMER STILL WANTS THE ORDER SHIPPED: The customer is responsible to pay a $15.00 FEDEX Return-to-sender fee, as well any secondary shipping charges to have the product reshipped to a corrected address.

 

2)      THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL THE ORDER: In this scenario, the amount refunded will be for the total purchase price less initial shipping & processing costs, a $15.00 FEDEX Return-to-sender fee, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

 

FEDEX will make 3 attempts on business days to make a delivery. If an order is unable to be delivered by FEDEX due to the customer not being available for acceptance, and the package is returned to Candy.com, there are two options available to the customer:

 

1)     THE CUSTOMER STILL WANTS THE ORDER SHIPPED: The customer is responsible to pay a $15.00 FEDEX Return-to-sender fee, as well any secondary shipping charges to have the product reshipped to a corrected address.

 

2)      THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL THE ORDER: In this scenario, the amount refunded will be for the total purchase price less initial shipping & processing costs, a $15.00 FEDEX Return-to-sender fee, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
